The National Health Policy Training Alliance is a nonprofit, non-partisan partnership dedicated to reducing racial and ethnic health disparities through policy and advocacy. In furtherance of its mission, the Alliance will produce written materials for policy makers, the media, the health care community, and the general public. Proper attribution is appreciated.
