The National Health Policy Training Alliance for Communities of Color would like to hear about your experiences with our nation’s health care system. For example, we would like to know if you have experienced or know about the following issues:

Discrimination in the health care system due to race or ethnicity;
Difficulty accessing care due to economic, language, or cultural innovative health disparity reduction programs;
Being uninsured or underinsured; or
Difficulty enrolling in the new Medicare prescription drug benefit (Part D) or other public programs such as Medicaid or the State Children’s Health Insurance Program.

These are just a few ideas of issues that we would like you to share with us.
