To foster dialogue and better interaction between participants and speakers, we limit the number of participants to 35. If you’d like to register, we encourage you to do so early to ensure that you have a spot.

Early Bird Registration: $35 by July 29, 2011

Regular Registration: $75 after July 29, 2011

3. Pay your registration fee online or by mail.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, please send us a written notice before August 31, 2011,to receive a full refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided after that date. If you are awarded a fellowship and proper notification of any changes is not provided, you will be responsible for reimbursing the Health Policy Training Alliance for Communities of Color for any expenses incurred.
